ON SOLVABILITY AND SMOOTHNESS OF A SOLUTION OF VARIATIONAL DIRICHLET PROBLEM FOR DEGENERATE ELLIPTIC OPERATORS IN A BOUNDED DOMAIN
We study Solvability of the variational Dirichlet problem for a class of higher-order degenerate elliptic operators in a bounded domain of the n-dimension euclidian space with degeneracy along the entire boundary of the domain. Integro-differential forms associated with differential equations under consideration may not satisfy the condition of coercivity. Under some additional conditions on smoothness of coefficients and the right-hand side of the equation, differential properties of the solution are studied.

BOUNDARY-VALUE PROBLEMS FOR NONCLASSICAL SYSTEMS OF EQUATIONS WITH ITERATED OPERATORS
The paper considers two systems of second-order equations of composite type in four-dimensional space and the formulation of boundary-value problems for them. It is proved that the formulated problems are always solvable and have a unique solution.

DETERMINATION OF THE ASTEROID 2014JO25 ORBIT BY OBSERVATIONS IN TAJIKISTAN
The results of determination of the orbit of potentially hazardous asteroid 2014JO25 using observations carried out by the Zeiss-1000 and AZT-8 telescopes in the Sanglokh and Gissar observatories at the period of its close approach to the Earth in April 2017 are presented. For calculation of the initial orbit the object’s coordinates obtained as a result of astrometric reduction of observational data from both observatories were used, and then the orbit was improved. Processing, calculations and improving of the orbit were performed by the methods developed in the Pulkovo observatory. The result is similar to the orbit of the Minor Planet center (MPC).

THE MACROSCOPIC STRUCTURES IN POLYMER NANOCOMPOSITES
The origin of the supramolecular structure of amorphous and crystalline nanocomposites obtained from solutions in various aromatic solvents has been studied. It is shown that in crystalline nanocomposites crystalline solvates are formed, and various macroscopic structures appear in amorphous nanocomposites. In these cases the fullerenes play the role of a factor conducive to the formation of suprastructures.

THE EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE ON THE STRUCTURE OF ORIENTED FIBERS MULTICOMPONENT ТHЕRМОТRОPIC LIQUID-CRYSTALLINE COPOLYESTER
Thermal behaviour high-oriented fibres of liquid crystalline copolyester on the basis of poly(ethylene terephthalate), hydroxybenzoic, terephthalic acids and hydroquinone (40/20/20/20 mol %) are investigated in temperature range 303-573 К by differential scanning calorimetry, wide-angle and small-angle x-ray scattering. The structure of initial fibres is characterised by coexistence crystal (~7 %) and liquid crystalline smectic phases with non-periodic layers. A first-order phase transition takes place at 493 К, leading to defreezing of a smectic LC matrix, related to a presence of small crystallites in block sequences poly(ethylene terephthalate). The remaining part solid crystalline phase, playing a role of intermolecular network junctions, melts at 566 К. Above this temperature there is a polymorphic transition aperiodic smectic phase transforms into nematic liquid.

Phase balances of Na,K,Ca//SO4,CI-H2O system 0°C it is established takes part as one of the phases thet are in balance system in 0°C in formation of 5 nonvariants points, 15 lines of monovariants and 15 squares of divariants on the basis of the received evidences, it is the first time thet the fragment of phase balances diagramed of the studied system is studied.

AQUEOUS-CHLORIDE ACID DECOMPOSITION OF GREEN CLAYS OF CHASHMA-SANG DEPOSIT OF TAJIKISTAN WITH PRELIMINARY SINTERING WITH SODIUM HYDROXIDE
The two-stage aqueous-hydrochloric acid decomposition of the green clay of the Chashma-Sang deposit with preliminary sintering with sodium hydroxide was studied. The mechanism of the decomposition process by hydrochloric acid of the sinter was defined and the optimal conditions for the process were established.

NITRATE ACID DECOMPOSITINING OF THE SINTER RECEIVED BY JOINT TREATMENT OF NEPHELINE SYENITE OF TURPI AND BOROSILICATE ORES OF AK-ARKHAR WITH SODIUM SULPHATE
In this article the results of the investigations of the nitrate acid treatment of a sinter, which is obtained by the joint processing of the daburite raw material of the Ak-Arkhar deposit and nephelin esyenites of Turpy deposit with sodium sulfate are presents. The influence of various physicochemical factors on the extracting process of components of the sinter components has been studied during its nitric acid decomposition. The optimal parameters for the acid treatment process have been established.

PROCESSING OF BORON CONTAINING RAW MATERIALS WITH ALKALINE AND ENVELOPMENT OF A PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM
The results of the study of the original boron-containing ore and its concentrate of the Ak-Arkhar deposit of the Republic of Tajikistan leaching by a caustic sodium solution are presented. CORROSION OF ALUMINUM AND MAGNEZIUM ALLOYS, DOPED BY SOME RARE EARTH METALS
The work contains the results of the potentiostatic method of research of the AMg0.2, AMg2 and AMg6 alloys, doped with the rare earth metals such as scandium, ittrium, lanthanum, cerium, prazeodium and neodium, among the electrolyte NaCl of various concentration. It is shown that aluminum-magnesium alloyed with the rare earth metals reduces the corrosion speed of the primary alloys up to 1,5-2 times.

INFLUENCE OF THE ECOLOGICAL FACTORS TO EFFICIENCY OF DIFFERENT GENOTYPS OF THE POTATO
In this article the results of scientific works samples of a potato in various ecological conditions of the Republic of Tajikistan is showed. It is established that the optimal condition for reception of a high yield of a potato to 25-29 t/hectares are ecological factors, as: height above sea level within 2550-2700 m above sea level; an amount of precipitation within 80-120 mm and middle month air temperature in limits 18-20°С during the vegetative period samples of a potato. It is established that between productivity and heights above sea level and between productivity and an amount of precipitation during potato vegetation weak correlation (r=0.337-0.445) depending on height above sea level is observed.

PECULIARITIES OF INFLUENCE OF LEMON JUICE ON THE PROCESS OF DIABETOGENESIS
In this article the influence of lemon juice on the development of diabetes in experimental animals is studied. Changes in individual blood and urine indicators, which are characteristic for the development of pre-diabetes and diabetes, are demonstrated. A connection is made between the temperament features described in Avicenna's "Canon of Medical Science" and confirmed in modern studies, with the development of diabetes mellitus.
