In the article is presents the experimental data about of the effect of different combinations and the number of mutant genes in the genotype, consisting of 32 multiple labeled signal genes lines on growth, development and fertility of Arabidopsis. It is shown that the increase in signaling genes in the genotype leads to decreasing in the growth and development of plants, fruiting phase and maturation occur much later. It is found that the variability of the seed weight and number of seeds per plant depends on various combinations of signaling genes. Seed's weight obtained from a single plant, is constant when is injected from one to three genes into Arabidopsis genotype. When is injected four or five genes into the genotype, this parameter decreases sharply. |

Condition of hemomicrocirculation in gum's fabrics of periimplant zone beside 40 somatic patients with implant complication studied in the article. Amongst examined group 5 persons have formed with clinical rate, with periimplantat's mucosite - 8, with light degree of periimplantitis - 11, with average - 9, with heavy - 7. According got material, average value of linear velocity circulation beside persons with periimplantat's mucosite increased on 12%, with dental periimplantitis light, average and heavy degree - on 27.8, 58.4 and 76.8% accordingly. On measure of the reinforcement degree of gravity of periimplantitis index peripheral resistances increased on 17.5, 21.6 and 24.3% accordingly. |
