Biodiversity of flora of Basid ravine Western Pamirs
The article provides an annotated list of plants of the flora of the gorge of the river Basid in the Western Pamirs. In the course of expeditionary research in this gorge, 157 species of higher vascular plants belonging to 122 genera and 43 families were registered.

Water responsibility of leaves of mapped wheat lines from the world collection
The article the results of studying the water-holding capacity of leaves of mapped wheat lines in two phases of development - heading and flowering are presented. The data obtained show that no significant differences were found between the local standard cultivar and wheat lines from the world collection of VIR, and these wheat lines can be recommended as drought tolerant.

The intensity of transpiration of some fruit species in the conditions of the Western Pamirs
In this article the results of determining the daily and seasonal course of the intensity of transpiration of some woody fruit plants in the conditions of the Western Pamirs are presented. It was revealed that in the extreme conditions of the Pamirs, the significant environmental factors affecting transpiration are the temperature regime and air humidity. The intensity of transpiration reaches 1824 mg/g·h for the Sievers apple tree in the midday hours, and 1645.8 and 1325 mg/g·h for the walnut and oriental oleaster, respectively, which ensures their high drought tolerance in the arid conditions of the Western Pamirs.

Features of assimilant transport in some cotton genotypes
The papers present the results and their discussion on the effect of CO concentration on donor-acceptor relations in cotton. It is shown that donors and acceptors of assimilate in the biological processes of photosynthesis play a decisive role in the growth and development of cotton varieties and lines that differ in resistance and productivity.

Composition units of cotton plants
In this article the results of a study of the qualitative composition of phenolic compounds in various organs of several varieties of cotton are presented. Organoleptic and qualitative reactions showed the presence of flavones, flavonones, flavonols, chalcones and other groups of phenolic compounds in various organs of cotton. The results of qualitative reactions were confirmed by UV spectra and the presence of an absorption band from 190 to 899 nm was proved. It was found that the component composition of the extracts depends on the extractant and plant genotype.

Blood coagulation system during coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) infection
The article presents the results of studying the blood coagulation system during infection with SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. It has been established that in patients with infection, the total blood clotting time is halved compared to the norm, prothrombin time, INR, ACT and the amount of fibrinogen significantly exceed the norm, which increases the risk of thrombosis.

Growth parameters of different genotypes of potatoes in Pamir high mountain conditions
In this article it was shown the results of growth of different healthy potatoes on the altitude of 3580 meter above the sea level. The genotypes of potato сlones №41 and Surkhob have more high growth processes in comparison with other kinds of potato. The kinds of potatoes сlones №41 and Faizobod-1 are characterized as a high contented of starch.

Growth dynamics and productivity of cucumber in greenhouses heated by Pamirs geothermal water
In this article, we brought up the experimental materials on growth and productivity of cucumber in greenhouses heated by Pamirs geothermal water in the highlands conditions. It shows that in the conditions of geothermal greenhouses we observed high growth intensity in cucumber plants. The fulfillment of agrotechnical norms of cucumber cultivation in geothermal greenhouses conditions it can be obtain high yield.

Natural resource productivity and winter wheat yield in different agroecological conditions of Tajikista
The article discusses a comparative assessment of climatic conditions during the growing season of winter wheat, taking into account the optimal indicators and deviations in air temperature and precipitation. It is established that on average for 1997-2017 the influence of the annual amplitude of temperature fluctuations and the sum of active temperatures on the yield of winter wheat is insignificant, and the sum of precipitation and moisture coefficients (THC and CU) play an important role.

The effect of mineral fertil fertilizers on inkriasing soil fertility forvegeteble crops
The article discusses the results of scientific research, tested in various, soil and climatic conditions in the regions of Russia, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. Analyzes show that the magnitude of the change in the level of agrochemical properties of soils and its fertility significantly dependence on the total amount of mineral fertilizers taken out the availability of nutrients the contents of the soil on the limited substance in the soil on the removal of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium by the biological phytomass of cultivated agricultural crops.

Genetic diversity of chicken infectious bronchitis virus - IBV: development of a vaccination and prevention strategy
Diagnostic studies were carried out to identify the spectrum of IBV serovariants and the genetic diversity of pathogens of infectious bronchitis in chickens (IBV) at some poultry farms in Tajikistan. The circulation of IBV pathogens caused by "variant" strains of the virus has been established. A number of studies have been conducted on the study of various combinations of types of IBV vaccines against various strains of chicken infectious bronchitis viruses. According to the results of studies for the prevention of IBV, a vaccination strategy based on strains 4/91 and Ma5 was developed. The vaccines used have been proven to provide cross-protection against IBV and a high group level of specific antibodies. The combination of vaccine types Nobilis Ma5 and Nobilis AB 4/91 provides protection that prevents circulating viruses from replicating and being transmitted among chickens.

Study of the therapeutic effectiveness of oxysulfalen during the pest des petits ruminants and sheep pasteurellosis
The article presents the results of a comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of Oxysulfalen for the treatment of pest des petits ruminants and pasteurellosis. It has been established that the use of Oxysulfalene twice at a dose of 30 mg/kg of live weight for 3 days contributes to the recovery of 90% of infected sheep of viral and bacterial etiology. The results obtained were included in the technical specification (TS) for the Oxysulfolene preparation for veterinary medicine.

Specific prevention of sheep clostridiosis in Tajikistan
In this article the results of researches on the development of a native vaccine against clostridium in sheep are presented. It is shown that the effectiveness of the developed polyvalent vaccine based on the pathogen Cl.sordellii is 97%. The developed first native vaccine against clostridium in sheep was widely used in 2015-2016 in sheep farms in Tajikistan.
