The influence nanostructure oxide erbium on the immune system and of some animals tissues were carried out. The orallyadministered no acute toxicity, no effect on the immune system of the body, has no effect on blood cells have beenknown. But long-term (30 day) intragastric administration shows toxicities on the internal organs of experimental animals, which lead to structural changes and functional impairment due to tissue accumulation of nanoparticles. There are two thesis were written and sent to International Symposium and an article for publication in a scientific journal during the working period. |

After perioral feeding of experimental animals even by maximal dose any toxicity effect didn’t observed. From experimental results it was impossible to determine lethal dose of studied objects, which indicate that emulsion microcapsules can be ranked as nontoxic material. |
