An accurate estimate of the error of complicated quadrature formulas for approximate calculation of curvilinear integral of the first kind, on the class of functions of small smoothness given by the majorant of the modulus of continuity is obtained.

Program complex for digital processing of images
of polymeric materials by the cross-platform language ImageScript
The article discusses the technology of processing of polymeric films by the ImageScript language. Serial and parallel algorithms for image processing of the Sobel operator using the OpenCL technology are proposed and developed. The process of dividing an image into streams is shown and the connection between them for access is minimized. The developed technology increases the efficiency of image processing several times.

Calculation of the internal stress of the active layer in GaInAsP/InP heterostructures
The present paper is devoted to the method for determining and calculating the internal stresses in GaInAsP/InP heterostructures with different active layer thickness d>0.1 μm. The features of the stress distribution in the active layer are studied. A series of bilateral heterostructures with different levels of internal stresses was investigated by the luminescence method.

Structure, morphology and electric characteristics of cadmium telluride films
In this work the results of studies of structural and morphological features of cadmium telluride films, which have been obtained by vacuum deposition method in quasi-close volume, and their interrelation with electric characteristics, have been presented. In the basis of AFM (atomic-force microscopy), REM (raster-electron microscopy), and X-ray data it is determined that CdTe films have polycrystalline structure of 1.5-2 crystallite size, their conduction is determined by the size of crystal and intercrystalline potential barrier. Numerical construction of Fourier and reaction spectra of seicmic effects
Algorithms and programs for numerical solution of problems of spectral analysis of seismic effects in the form of accelerogram records have been developed. Fourier spectra and reactions were obtained by numerical simulation and a comparative analysis was performed.

Complexation of iron (III)
with 1-formil-3- thiosemicarbazide
The process of complexation of iron (III) has been studied by the method of potentiometric titration with a 1-formil-3-thiosemicarbazide in the interval of temperatures of 278-308 К. It has been established that the iron (III) with a 1-formil-3-thiosemicarbazide creates two complex forms. The value of general and step constants of stability have been calculated. It has shown that the stability of complexes increases with the growth of temperature. The values of ΔН, ΔG and ΔS of the complexes formation are calculated.

Regularities of changes of thermochemical
characteristics of intermetallic systems of lead-lanthanids of the cerium subgroup and their modeling
Thermochemical characteristics were determined by using semi-empirical and calculation methods - temperature and melting enthalpy of intermetallic compounds (IM) for Pb-Ln system of PbLn, PbLn, PbLn, PbLn, PbLn and PbLncomposition (where Ln-lanthanide the cerium subgroup). The complete information of the studied characteristics was obtained and a system analysis was carried out, and the regularities of changes in these characteristics of IM were established depending on nature of the lanthanides of the cerium subgroup. Mathematical modeling of the data has been carried out and equations of regularities have bech established.

Physical-chemical basis of coagulant producing
for water treatment from aluminum-silicat ores
In this work mixed coagulants from nepheline sienites and kaolin iron are produced and their coagulant property is studied. It was shown that produced mixed coagulants from ion and aluminum chlorides are perspective and can be used for water treatment.

Embryotoxicity and teratogenicity of
2-bromo-7-methyl-5-oxo-5H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo [3,2-a] pyrimidine
It was shown that 2-bromo-7-methyl-5-oxo-5H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine does not have an embryotoxic and teratogenic effect in rats.

Determination of the quantity and composition
of the biogas educational on the range of solid waste wastes of the city Dushanbe
The paper presents the results of the calculation of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere from the solid domestic waste landfill in Dushanbe. The volumes of output of landfill gas for the period of operation of the test site from 1978 to 2017 have been determined. This makes it possible to outline measures for the collection, removal and use of biogas while ensuring the environmental safety of the landfill for the disposal of domestic waste.

Washability of sericin and other substances from cocoons with automatic cocooning
Currently, silk-winding enterprises of the Republic of Tajikistan, the output of raw silk, does not exceed 28-30% for the silk-shell shell of cocoons 50-53% in the industry. At the same time, Japanese silkworms, this figure is 44-46%.
